- CMColby McCartney2 days ago1.0Ordered my food at 11pm and the estimated delivery time was 11.55pm but everytime we check the delivery time it went up we waited untill 1am when I finally cancelled my order and I tryed phoning the store they hung up on me whats the point in having a number if you don't answer it.
- DRDoctor Robertson6 days ago1.0sadly could do better ,food ,cold chips ..o wait frys ...like cardboard ,place tends to be untidy and disorganised ,the other burger place burger kings so much more chilled but its fast food so if your just in for a quick burger its ok but could do so much better feel like it needs to be bigger as it is always busy and thats half the problem

We collected our order and stupidly trusted that it would have been correct however this wasnt the case. So we had to take it all back down to get it changed to the correct order, but when we got there they couldnt offer the mccrispy that was ordered as they had ran out of chicken.. how this can happen when its new to the menu and it was 3.30 in the afternoon is beyond me. We then asked for our order to be moved to stevenson and were told that couldnt happen. They did give us a refund and we then went to stevenson to get what we wanted. I will never understand why they have so much staff in irvine but never get things right, its never hot food its always freezing and 9 times out of 10 you have to go and take a parking space to wait for your cold food to come to you. Irvine Mcdonalds needs a huge shake up as its service and food is shocking. I have given 1 star but thats only because it wont let me put 0 stars.
